12th March 2009 - The National Day...

Just 4 days after the magnificent show we had for the launch of ReKreasyon in "Moka", we set off for the "Champ de Mars" where we were invited for the celebrations of the Independance and Republic Day.
Just enough time to wash our costumes and put them on again to launch yet another national show.



Enjoy a journey into the bhojpuri tradition through "Dalpita Mangela" by Group ABAIM.

"D’Abaim, je ne connaissais que “Ti Marmit” et sans porter grande attention. Ce Samedi 7 Mars, j’ai été invitée par des amis à venir au lancement du nouvel album et c’était l’émerveillement. Ce concert a été l’une des plus belles que j’ai vue et entendue. Je me suis sentie Mauricienne, découvert mes racines au son de la ravanne qui me pénétrait jusqu’au tripes, entouré de l’enthousiasme du public.

Dernier tournant avant la ligne droite

Ambiance.Entre les essayages de costumes sous la griffe d'une Flo Drachler, créatrice de talent, particulièrement inspirée, les répétitions des chorégraphies et encore toute la mise en place des éléments du décor...ces jours çi, la ruche d'ABAIM est en effervescence.

C'est dans la magnifique salle de la MGI, que nos invités prendront place, ce Samedi 7.

Répérages. Patrice Offman, magicien des decors, nous réservera des surprises.
